Submission
All submissions must be in English. Enter your abstract and required additional details at the OTMA paper submission site:

- A short CV (maximum one page as PDF file) that describes your educational background and relevant professional experience.
- A signed statement by which you confirm that your submission has not been submitted, accepted or published elsewhere. You also promise that you will, in case your submission is accepted, register for and attend fully the OTM Academy (meaning for its entire duration of one or one and a half day). Finally, you shortly indicate what you expect to gain by your participation in the OTM Academy.
- A letter of recommendation (maximum one page) signed by your prinicipal thesis advisor or supervisor stating that you are indeed a Ph.D. student under his/her supervision at his/her research group. Your advisor should indicate what he or she hopes you would gain from participation in the OTM Academy. He or she also includes a short assessment of the current status of your thesis research, and an expected graduation date or thesis submission date. Additional details (other supervisors, members of the thesis committee, …) may be added if relevant and available.
- A copy of your card proving your enrollment as Ph.D. student or your personnel card showing your affiliation as a junior researcher to your university (with visible dates if possible).
Proceedings
Accepted workshop contributions will be published by Springer-Verlag as LNCS (Lecture Notes in Computer Science) as a part of the workshop proceedings of the International OnTheMove Federated Conferences (OTM). Obligatory detailed formatting instructions can be found at: http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html. You have to register and provide your camera ready version and a signed copyright form as is explained at the OTM workshop authors kit page at the due date.
